Every plan is month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your dashboard — no contracts and no cancellation calls.
Do I need my own Claude subscription?+
Yes — MyCloudAlly runs on your own Claude subscription (Max or Pro), connected in two clicks. It's your account, your usage, and your limits.
Is there any token markup?+
No. Because the agent uses your own Claude subscription directly, there is no per-token markup. You pay Anthropic for Claude and MyCloudAlly for the box — nothing in between.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?+
Yes. Move between Starter, Pro, and Power whenever your needs change, and add or remove production hosting per app. Changes take effect from your dashboard.
